Between approximately 9:00 AM and 9:20 AM PT on September 30, 2026, some customers experienced an inability to access the Thinkific platform. This has been resolved and the platform is fully operational.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our engineering team has identified the root cause and will be working on measures to prevent this from happening again.
